Pajero anti-roll bar bushes replacement MK 2

Steps

- loosen and remove first top nut on anti-roll bar ( arb )

- loosen and remove second nut on arb

- remove the washers and top rubber noting the order

- loosen bottom nut that bolts to the lower a-arm

- jack up arb with a bottle jack until the arb clears the shaft

- swivel the shaft out and replace the bottom rubber - I actually removed the whole thing

- swivel back the shaft and slowly release the arb back onto the threaded area

- put other stuff back in order - noting to compress the rubbers for about 5 turns only ( if you keep turning the first nut you will over compress the rubbers and make them fail early ) and then doing the up the second nut tightly.

- clean up

Tools required

14mm spanner

14mm socket and ratchet

4 poly replacements

Time

My first time took 25 minutes in total for both sides including packing tools away
