AC/Heater panel bulb replacement

Step guide on how to replace the bulbs that illuminate the front Air-Con & Heating controls as seen in most Mk2 Pajero's.

1- Remove plastic trim around the AC unit and audio system - 2 screws at top of shroud and two clips at the bottom hold it.

2- The AC unit is held by a metal strip and two screws at the top, which will become clearly visible. Unscrew these and the AC unit should pull out. Disconnect the electric plugs from the rear of the unit.

3- Two screws hold on the front panel of the AC unit. Undo these and gently prize the front panel of the AC unit. Now you should be able to see THREE round plastic parts, these are the bulb holders. Take out the faulty bulbs (might as well as do all of em really!)

4- Make a trip to MAPLIN or similar electronic shops and get the new bulbs and fit accordingly.

5- Put all back together in reverse order.
